RedCarpet365 Ltd has organized a press conference on 23rd November 2019 at Economic Reporters Forum (ERF) – Auditorium of Dhaka, on the occasion of Bangladesh Smart City Expo & Conference 2019. The Press conference was leaded by Ms Fatematuj Johra, Director Marketing – Redcarpet365 Ltd along with Mr. Ahmed Imtiaz, CEO – Redcarpet365 Ltd. Among others Ms. Suparna Roy, Associate Director of PwC Bangladesh, Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun, Manager Communication and Research of AMTOB, Mr. Syed Mahmood Moosa, Executive Council Member- Bangladesh Innovation Forum were present at the press conference and described about their important role on developing Sustainable Smart City. Pre Event Press Conference The expo will feature the main aspects that needed to settle up a smart city includes: IoT – Internet of Things, Smart Payment, Fintech, ICT Device, Smart Energy, Construction, Water & Waste Management, Smart Transport, Smart Technology, Smart Communication etc.
  4. 4. Redcarpet365 Ltd has organized the opening ceremony of 1st ever Bangladesh Smart City Expo and Conference, that was held from 28 to 30 Nov 2019 at ICCB, Dhaka. Mr. Atiqul Islam, Honorable Mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) has inaugurated this Expo and Seminar at the Int’l Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). Mr. Sayed Nurul Islam, Adviser of Redcarpet365 and CEO of Well Group headed the opening ceremony. He said "We firmly believe that Bangladesh Smart City Expo and Seminar will greatly assist in building public awareness in various issues, including contemporary technology or infrastructure, in order to create a modern livable city in Bangladesh, as well as awareness, responsibility, and innovative use of technology," he said. Speaking at the same session, Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Co. Ltd (DMTCL)- Engr.
