 300 g flour
 1 orange
 80 g butter
 2 eat. spoons sugar
 3 eggs
 Orange peel
 baking butter (you can also use oil)

 Add the yeast, warm milk, add flour, mix well, then monitor.

 Add salt and sugar to dough, whipped egg yolks, melted butter,
lemon rind, add whipped egg whites, mix all easy and FRY in hot
butter brown on both sides.
