30 dag of flour
10 dag of sugar
15 dag of margarine
2 yolks
2 spoons of sour cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Make dough, roll out and put up to the edges
of a baking tray.

1 kg of cottage cheese
1 glass of sugar
½ glass of oil
4 yolks
2 whole eggs
1 ½ creamy pudding
½ l of milk
2 packets of vanilla sugar
Mix all components without milk. Finally, add milk with
creamy pudding. Pour it on the dough and bake for
60 min. After an hour take it out from the oven.
Pour the foam on the top.

7. Egg foamEgg foam
6 egg whites
1 glass of sugar
Lemon juice form 1 lemon
Bake it in the oven for 20 min. Decorate
with honey drops.
