3. THE MAKING OF AN
APPLE CRUMBLE
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Peel the apples.
3) Cut the apples into dices,
place them in the dish and
put cinnamon on the
apples.
4. 4) In a bowl, mix the butter, the flour and the sugar
with your fingers to obtain more or less large
crumbs.
5) Pour this mixture on the apples loosely.

7) Serve hot or lukewarm
