1. • Some products are sold out, empty shelves
=> Having better logistic/prediction system - more
products could be sold
• A man looking for children cloth
• Empty service center
=> There could be more personnel

2. • Another observation I had was that there were really
a lot of cashier registers, but due to the shelves it
was hard to see which of the cash registers were
free, which of the lines were shorter and which
longer
=> I thought a table with a display would be helpful
C1 C2 C3 C4 …
• Many carts are being not brought back
=> Create more cart return facilities
• Pregnant woman would not be able to try the
stroller out, because the shelf is too high
=> Improve the design

3. • Comparing to other stores I visited, Trader • The store could definitely need more personnel
Joe’s has the highest number of personnel
and it is a pretty advanced store with a
beautiful assortment and music playing
already outside
• The store was pretty empty inside. Maybe • Very advanced store. The only store, which had
the specialization is too narrow baskets throughout the whole shop area
