RE-DESIGN GROUP 3 | Re-design of a steel facade frame system
Assignment
Re-design group 3 is asked to design several reuse applications on how the steel window frame
of Building H (Dijkzicht 1960) could be reused, based on the following scenarios:
- Reuse as double facade
- Reuse as low requirement interior partitioning
- Reuse as base element of interior partitioning
- Reuse as other application
The existing building components and elements are presented on the next page(s).
At the end of the workshop you are asked to present the reuse design scenarios in a pitch of
2-3 minutes to the other groups. To support the pitch, a photo will be made of the final reuse
design scenarios, which will be projected with the beamer on a large screen, see page 4.
