8. Initial TaskStream Platform Access:

As a first time user accessing the TaskStream platform through the preferred GWeb single sign-on
process, students will be asked to change their password during their first visit to the TaskStream
platform. This password change is only applicable to the TaskStream platform and can then be
used outside the GWeb single sign-on to access their personal TaskStream account directly.
Once you input your account information
and personalize your password, click the
Submit button to continue.

11. Viewing Assessments

This category displays the assessment
name and course #

The Work tab is where students can
find information about assessments
and submit work

By clicking the Directions tab, you can
see the instructions for the assignment
Then click
View Rubric
To access the Evaluation Method , click
on the link to view the rubric.

To export rubric to
Microsoft Word, click
Export to Word.
A new window with
the rubric will open.

14. Uploading/Adding Your Assignments

To upload an assignment, select
Attachments from the tool bar.

Once your file is
added, you can click
Save and Return.
When done
uploading, click on
Add File.
To add attachment,
click on Browse to
select and then name
file.

To add text and image, select
the Text & Image button from
the tool bar.

To add an image, click on the
Add an Image to your text
section link.
Type or copy and paste text here
and remember to click Save Draft
periodically to prevent lost work.

To upload an image, click
on Browse to select a file
and then add a Title.
Preview image here and make size and
placement changes if needed.
Once you are satisfied with
your text and image, click
Save and Return.

19. Submitting Your Work

Once you have uploaded your
assignment, click the Submit Work
button.

A screen will pop up asking if you are
sure you want to submit your work
for evaluation. You can also add
optional comments for you evaluator. Click
Yes-Submit My
Work when done.

21. Scores/Results Tab

Click on the Scores/Results tab to
view the rubric scores and results
and confirm your submission

22. Viewing Scores/Results:
View your
assessment result
Look for the row with the
requirement/assessment you would like
to view scores or confirm submission.
Click here to view
comments from faculty

when work is submitted
