Concept – get as many marks at AS

10. University Issues
Grades are critical
AS grades required from the big universities for
subjects such as law, medicine etc..
Modular scores used to distinguish between A
grade candidates – FIRST TIME ROUND!
A* grades at A2, 90% at A2 ie. 180/200 or
270/300
Many of the top universities are now asking for
at least one A*
Less places = more competition = high offers
