Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am writing with details of Book Return. It will take place on Friday 3rd
July 2015 and I would be
grateful if you could remind your son/daughter of the following information:
All Year 13 students should return their books on Friday 3rd
July from 1:15-2:15pm to the
Luce Theatre where subject representatives will be there to collect and record returns.
A form is included with this letter which will need to be signed off by each subject head of
department and then presented to house staff.
Copies of the form will also be available on the day in the Luce Theatre.
Students will be charged for books not returned by this date. It will not be possible to
amend bills after this date.
Students who have already given their books back to HoDs will still need to have their form
signed.

By Friday 3rd July 2015 you need to get each of your subject teachers to sign the table below to
confirm that all text books have been handed in. You must get every teacher to sign the form
– even if you have no text books to hand in for that subject. All books must be handed in to
the subject teacher. If books are left elsewhere you may still be charged.
