• Probiotics are live bacteria and
yeasts that are good for your
health, especially your digestive
system.
3. PROBIOTICS means
• The term probiotic comes from
the Latin or Greek pro, ―before,
forward‖ and bios, or ―life‖
• — thus probiotics are life-
promoting
4. What are Probiotics???
• Probiotics colonize the mouth and intestinal
tract.they help fight off,disease causing
bacteria.
• It is a friendly bacteria which play vital role in
keeping us fit and healthy.

• Probiotic is a concentrated
supplements or a food product of
beneficial live bacteria culture
taken orally intended to improve
our health.

• 1. By increasing the absorption of mineral and
vitamins and it also can improve digestion
system especially of milk product.
• 2.May relieve diarrhea and constipation.

are cause by Candida spp. beneficially affect
