This document discusses plans to construct a new cargo terminal at Boryspil Airport in Ukraine. It notes that current facilities have limited capacity and no specialized parking or IT systems. Overview of the current capacities:
- Total land plot – 14 580 m2
- 9 warehouse plots with the total size 5 072 m2
- Turnover capacity – 2 686 pallets, 805.8 t per day
- No TIR and other specialized transport parking zone, no IT
system
- No client premises, no hotel for animals
At the same time, +1-4% of annual increase in cargo and mailing turnover, as well as growth of transit cargo share, provides a high need
for the construction of the new modern cargo terminal in Boryspil airport. It is the unique possibility to create one more transit air hub on the map
of the world’s cargo routes, in case of construction of modern warehouse premises and provision of clear and transparent IT procedures
