  4. With over 845 million members, Facebook is the largest human database of all time. In fact, a July 2011 Forrester study found that 96% of US adults who use social networking sites are on Facebook. That’s a tremendous increase over the 28% that use LinkedIn and the 24% that use Twitter. So, go fishing where the fish are and be sure to cast a wide net. A Facebook Career Page is a great place to start, and I’m interested to see who is already using a Facebook page for recruitment. So please answer this quick poll.
