1. Dear AIESECer,
Thank you for reading my application and being interested in the vision I have for the next term
on the international Internships area. You have seen reflections of myself in each question and
pieces of the knowledge I accumulated in the past 3 years of being an AIESEC in Romania
member.
In the general question area you’ve seen my motivation to apply as MC VP International
internships and the proposal about what direction I see AIESEC in Romania should focus on the
next year. Also how I see the role of the Member Committee members and how we need to
increase the performance on the Experential Leadership Programmes. Last but not least I thought
on ways on which we could capitalize on the competitive advantages we have as AIESEC
Romania in the international network.
The specific questions were meant to help outline the main points needed to increase
performance in the international internships area, both quantity and quality ways. One of the
areas in need to focus on is the decreasing of the matching time on GIP and also how to increase
realizations on two areas that have been underperforming this year, educational and technical.
Also I presented how I see the best way to manage to implement national projects or initiatives
in this area and also the way of working with LC VPs and how to determine them to conduct
their attributions in their LCs.
Also in the specific side I thought about how would be the best way to manage the
communication strategy at a national level by focusing on the individual communication
campaigns of each LC. You will also see in this part a few perspective on how the top
performing countries from each GN manage their realizations on outgoing GIP and GCDP. The
application ends with the strategy to increase the outgoing GIP & GCDP realizations, both on
quantity and quality.
