National Support Team
Application
(November 2013 – April 2014)
Dear member of AIESEC,
Congratulations to your decision to apply to National Support Team of
AIESEC in the Czech Republic. This is one of the most remarkable and
inspiring moment of the year for our organization. Moment, when something
new and beautiful is raising and young talented individuals are taking the
chance to influence AIESEC Czech Republic’s direction.
Please, take into consideration that the application is an important part of the
selection process to NST and is the way how you could express your ideas,
thoughts and present yourself.
Dear candidate,
Before starting to fill the Application form – that reflects you as a person, your aspirations,
your AIESEC Experience and your compatibility with the position that you are applying,
there are some important steps that you need to follow.
If the following steps are not fulfilled, your application is not considered a valid one.
1. Send the application on time. Final Deadline is: 11th October 2013, 23.59 GMT+1
(Czech Time)
2. You can use different design elements in your application but make sure that the
document is brand aligned (at least the logo of AIESEC).
3. Every document needs to be in pdf format, but you are free to create your template,
colors, layout, background.
4. We are expecting from your side 4* documents in pdf format:
General Questions
Specific Questions
2 Endorsements* (unless you are applying for NST roles under CR or ER – where we
are expecting 1 more Endorsement, from company)
5. Every endorsement has maximum one page. Please provide the contacts (e-mail, phone
no.) of the person that endorses you. We may contact him/her.
6. The General Questions document has to have maximum 3 pages.
7. The Specific Questions document has to have maximum 4 pages.
8. If you are applying for more positions, you send us one more document with the answers
for the other position/positions that you are applying for.
9. The font cannot be smaller than size 10. Also, you can create your own tables to questions,
and different ways to put the answer on the page. Use the space wisely.
10. All the questions need to be fulfilled.
11. All the documents will be archived in a .zip format and uploaded on myaiesec.net. The
archive will have the name: [Czech] Name of applicant/Position you are applying. The link on
myaiesec.net will be sent to julia.cekovska@aiesec.cz until the deadline. In case that
myaiesec.net doesn’t work properly, please send the archive with the documents to the email above.

Next steps of the selection process will follow in week from 14th till 20th October including
vote of confident (according to the applications, no interview required), interview with
your MC VP and case studies (just for applicants who pass vote of confidence). Final
announcement of selected people will be done on 21st October.

Global Talents – Exchange Delivery Manager for GIPi
What are the key activities to ensure successful CY2CY partnership?
How would you like to ensure that needed entities are going to co-operate and ensure
exchange results what the key Exchange partners require (at least 20 applicants from
one country)?
We raised 30 TN on 21st September 2013, we need to deliver them till the end of the
year. TNs require Europian countries. Create timeline and activities what you need to
take to ensure realization of these 30 TNs only from 30 countries.
Global Talents National Exchange Partner Sales Manager for GIPi
Create list of companies which can become Tn taker from the future divided by
segments
What is the strongest sub-product what you would like to sell and why? (external
analysis welcomed)
Describe your experience in selling and account management area.
Corporate marketing
List 3 corporate events in upcoming quarter in Czech Republic where AIESEC can present
itself. Describe purpose of the event and ideal way of the promotion of the organization
there.

Global talents manager for Business & marketing for GIPo
Please create the SWOT of GIP matching 2012/2013 in AIESEC Czech Republic.

Make analysis of previous 3 terms (including this one) on performance of the GIP OGX
(Business & marketing, with TOP sectors on supply and demand, etc.
What are the bottleneck in GIP (Business & marketing) international cooperation and
delivering it and how would you overcome it?
Please mention at least 2 concrete GCPs of country, which has some significant result in GIP
EP matching (Business & marketing).
Summer peak coordinator for GCDPi
Create draft of timeline from December to June how the LCs can focus on the summer peak
in terms of planning, preparation, partners approaching and summer realizations
Describe summer project which may be suitable for Czech LCs to be realized during summer
and does not exist here yet.
Describe the way how you want to communicate with LC VPs or TLs in the area in terms of
delivering planned goals. Take into consideration main communication channels, tracking
tools and education needed.
Cooperation account manager for GCDPi
Analyze please GCDP IC performance and cooperation in Czech Republic
How concretly can AIESEC Czech Rep. cooperate with following countries in terms of
matching, timeline alignment and knowledge sharing: Italy, Egypt, USA
What are key strategies you would like implement to start active cooperation between
countries?
What is your key motivation and learning points you want to achieve by being Cooperation
account Manager?
Expansion manager
What are the elements that should be a in a market research, in order to forecast if it is
relevant to open an expansion in that city or not
Design a plan of expanding in a new city with an LC (take in account as many elements as
you can and best case practices from other countries)
Create a SWOT of Hradec Kralove and Ceske Budejovice expansions and present the
comparison analyzes. How you can use this in the new expansions?
Design an Education Plan for the new Expansion

NPS evolution in all X products during the previous year. What are the key

  • 1. AIESEC CZECH REPUBLIC National Support Team Application (November 2013 – April 2014) Dear member of AIESEC, Congratulations to your decision to apply to National Support Team of AIESEC in the Czech Republic. This is one of the most remarkable and inspiring moment of the year for our organization. Moment, when something new and beautiful is raising and young talented individuals are taking the chance to influence AIESEC Czech Republic’s direction. Please, take into consideration that the application is an important part of the selection process to NST and is the way how you could express your ideas, thoughts and present yourself.
  • 2. Dear candidate, Before starting to fill the Application form – that reflects you as a person, your aspirations, your AIESEC Experience and your compatibility with the position that you are applying, there are some important steps that you need to follow. If the following steps are not fulfilled, your application is not considered a valid one. 1. Send the application on time. Final Deadline is: 11th October 2013, 23.59 GMT+1 (Czech Time) 2. You can use different design elements in your application but make sure that the document is brand aligned (at least the logo of AIESEC). 3. Every document needs to be in pdf format, but you are free to create your template, colors, layout, background. 4. We are expecting from your side 4* documents in pdf format: General Questions Specific Questions 2 Endorsements* (unless you are applying for NST roles under CR or ER – where we are expecting 1 more Endorsement, from company) 5. Every endorsement has maximum one page. Please provide the contacts (e-mail, phone no.) of the person that endorses you. We may contact him/her. 6. The General Questions document has to have maximum 3 pages. 7. The Specific Questions document has to have maximum 4 pages. 8. If you are applying for more positions, you send us one more document with the answers for the other position/positions that you are applying for. 9. The font cannot be smaller than size 10. Also, you can create your own tables to questions, and different ways to put the answer on the page. Use the space wisely. 10. All the questions need to be fulfilled. 11. All the documents will be archived in a .zip format and uploaded on myaiesec.net. The archive will have the name: [Czech] Name of applicant/Position you are applying. The link on myaiesec.net will be sent to julia.cekovska@aiesec.cz until the deadline. In case that myaiesec.net doesn’t work properly, please send the archive with the documents to the email above. Next steps of the selection process will follow in week from 14th till 20th October including vote of confident (according to the applications, no interview required), interview with your MC VP and case studies (just for applicants who pass vote of confidence). Final announcement of selected people will be done on 21st October.

Global Talents – Business & Marketing for GIPi Create SWOT of GIPi matching in term 12/13 in AIESEC Czech Republic Make analysis of previous 3 terms (including 13/14) on performance of GIPi subsegment Business & Marketing, with TOP sectors and supply and demand, etc. What are your recommendation to improve CY2CY and matching rate in Business & Marketing? Please, mention at least 2 concrete GCPs of country, which have some significant results in GIPi TN matching Business & Marketing). Global Talents – Exchange Delivery Manager for GIPi What are the key activities to ensure successful CY2CY partnership? How would you like to ensure that needed entities are going to co-operate and ensure exchange results what the key Exchange partners require (at least 20 applicants from one country)? We raised 30 TN on 21st September 2013, we need to deliver them till the end of the year. TNs require Europian countries. Create timeline and activities what you need to take to ensure realization of these 30 TNs only from 30 countries.

Describe your experience in selling and account management area Global talents manager for Business & marketing for GIPo Please create the SWOT of GIP matching 2012/2013 in AIESEC Czech Republic. Make analysis of previous 3 terms (including this one) on performance of the GIP OGX (Business & marketing, with TOP sectors on supply and demand, etc. What are the bottleneck in GIP (Business & marketing) international cooperation and delivering it and how would you overcome it? Please mention at least 2 concrete GCPs of country, which has some significant result in GIP EP matching (Business & marketing). Summer peak coordinator for GCDPi Create draft of timeline from December to June how the LCs can focus on the summer peak in terms of planning, preparation, partners approaching and summer realizations Describe summer project which may be suitable for Czech LCs to be realized during summer and does not exist here yet. Describe the way how you want to communicate with LC VPs or TLs in the area in terms of delivering planned goals. Take into consideration main communication channels, tracking tools and education needed.

Cooperation account manager for GCDPi Analyze please GCDP IC performance and cooperation in Czech Republic How concretly can AIESEC Czech Rep. cooperate with following countries in terms of matching, timeline alignment and knowledge sharing: Italy, Egypt, USA What are key strategies you would like implement to start active cooperation between countries? What is your key motivation and learning points you want to achieve by being Cooperation account Manager? Expansion manager What are the elements that should be a in a market research, in order to forecast if it is relevant to open an expansion in that city or not Design a plan of expanding in a new city with an LC (take in account as many elements as you can and best case practices from other countries) Create a SWOT of Hradec Kralove and Ceske Budejovice expansions and present the comparison analyzes. How you can use this in the new expansions? Design an Education Plan for the new Expansion National control board manager Please evaluate current Interns and EPs care activities in AIESEC Czech Republic? Analyze NPS evolution in all X products during the previous year. What are the key recommendations from your side for operations improvement?
