Dear member of AIESEC,
Congratulations to your decision to apply to National Support Team of
AIESEC in the Czech Republic. This is one of the most remarkable and
inspiring moment of the year for our organization. Moment, when something
new and beautiful is raising and young talented individuals are taking the
chance to influence AIESEC Czech Republic’s direction.
Please, take into consideration that the application is an important part of the
selection process to NST and is the way how you could express your ideas,
thoughts and present yourself.
2. Dear candidate,
Before starting to fill the Application form – that reflects you as a person, your aspirations,
your AIESEC Experience and your compatibility with the position that you are applying,
there are some important steps that you need to follow.
If the following steps are not fulfilled, your application is not considered a valid one.
1. Send the application on time. Final Deadline is: 11th October 2013, 23.59 GMT+1
(Czech Time)
2. You can use different design elements in your application but make sure that the
document is brand aligned (at least the logo of AIESEC).
3. Every document needs to be in pdf format, but you are free to create your template,
colors, layout, background.
4. We are expecting from your side 4* documents in pdf format:

Specific Questions
2 Endorsements* (unless you are applying for NST roles under CR or ER – where we
are expecting 1 more Endorsement, from company)
5. Every endorsement has maximum one page. Please provide the contacts (e-mail, phone
no.) of the person that endorses you. We may contact him/her.
6. The General Questions document has to have maximum 3 pages.
7. The Specific Questions document has to have maximum 4 pages.
8. If you are applying for more positions, you send us one more document with the answers
for the other position/positions that you are applying for.
9. The font cannot be smaller than size 10. Also, you can create your own tables to questions,
and different ways to put the answer on the page. Use the space wisely.
10. All the questions need to be fulfilled.
11. All the documents will be archived in a .zip format and uploaded on myaiesec.net. The
archive will have the name: [Czech] Name of applicant/Position you are applying. The link on
myaiesec.net will be sent to julia.cekovska@aiesec.cz until the deadline. In case that
myaiesec.net doesn’t work properly, please send the archive with the documents to the email above.
Next steps of the selection process will follow in week from 14th till 20th October including
vote of confident (according to the applications, no interview required), interview with
your MC VP and case studies (just for applicants who pass vote of confidence). Final
announcement of selected people will be done on 21st October.

How would you like to ensure that needed entities are going to co-operate and ensure
exchange results what the key Exchange partners require (at least 20 applicants from

We raised 30 TN on 21st September 2013, we need to deliver them till the end of the
year. TNs require Europian countries. Create timeline and activities what you need to
take to ensure realization of these 30 TNs only from 30 countries.

What are the bottleneck in GIP (Business & marketing) international cooperation and
delivering it and how would you overcome it?

Create draft of timeline from December to June how the LCs can focus on the summer peak
in terms of planning, preparation, partners approaching and summer realizations
