1. Executive Summary
This application form for MC Vice-President Outgoing GCDP is a statement of what I can do and the
ideas that I have for AIESEC in Romania in 2013-2014. It also represents myself, my motivation and my
way of thinking.
You will find, reading this application form that I want to continue with GLOBAL Citizen. In the last term,
this part hasn’t been properly approached and I believe we have room and potential for improvement.
Why should we continue it’s implementation?
1) Targeting our GCDP product to proper clients
2) Speeding up our processes in OGX in general
The result of Global Citizen Team work is division Global Citizen program for 3 segments:
Management, Culture & World Issue.
This application form also reffers to continuity of 12/13 term. 13/14 term is about VPs education,
Exchange culture for AIESEC Romania, and about how can we improve our Quality of recruitments
because this were some of the bottlenecks that kept AIESEC Romania this year from achieving the
objectives planned on GCDP O.
I am confident that AIESEC Romania can achieve everything we set out to, but it's time to start acting
instead of just talking about acting.
