Talent management system factsheet
In the beginning of 2010 in DTEK was started e-learning.
The LMS had several courses and annual staff performance
assessment module with 300-500 users at all.
One of the strategy goals of Company is Talent Development.
That’s because we during next 4 years extended system
capabilities significantly. We combine all developed modules
into the Talent Management System.
Talent management process consists of next steps:
For today in DTEK works more than 140 000 employees. We
strive to give all of them access to our system and ability to
develop with its help.
• Year of implementation - 2010
• Implementation period - 4 month
• Number of registered users – 15 000
• Number of active users – 7000
• Daily portal traffic - 400-700 unique users
• DAU/MAU – 0,1-0,16
• Number of completed e-courses - 40 000
• In 2012-2013 more than 30 000 e-courses was completed
• Number of subsidiaries in system - 70 (from all over
Ukraine)

DTEK T&D department has different types of
training:

12. Search of internal candidates for open vacancies system
One of the key Talent Management System goal is
timely promotion of talent employees for open
vacancies.
To realize this goal was developed section that help
to find candidates among participants of TOP-50
and personal reserve programs for open vacancies.
Search algorithm analyze personal data (e.g. key
skills, professional experience, education,
assessment etc.) and generates list of candidates.
For today we use beta version of this module.

13. Staff testing

14. Section for managers “Subordinates development”
Every manager in DTEK have access to section
“Subordinates development”.
In this section aggregate information about all
subordinates. This information includes data of
assessment, learning and testing.
Managers can make notes about subordinates
behavior and development in Competence Diary.
Also section includes links to reports, books and
other additional information needed for quality
development of subordinates.

15. Users profile and ToDo list
Every user have personal profile that includes such sections as CV,
assessment information, learning activity, requests etc.
Also profile includes ToDo list that consists all tasks which user need to
complete:
• New home tasks;

• Not filled assessment forms;
• Active courses and tests.
