Project Description: Medtronic is a hospital equipment manufacturing company, which has
an online training portal designed for one-stop shopping for all their customer training needs.
The portal offers online eLearning, training videos, and classroom courses that give product
knowledge technical training to operators and technicians in the railroads. Through this portal,
Medtronic can develop, place, and track online courses for their employees to learn online. The
portal loads animation file from staging server and communicating the status of a course with
LMS. It also contains salient features for employees to navigate easily through course, entities
for animation control, search, taking notes, glossary, last visited pages, bookmark feature,
complete learning history, total time tracking, scores/credits, and much more.
Responsibilities
• Handling L3 and L4 escalation tickets
• Providing Training Admin (TA)’s with their requirements
• Proposed a solution for often system crash because of Prescriptive Rules and Report
Subscriptions and Periodic Notification events
• Submitting problem cases with Saba support and coordinating with them for problem
