Project Title 1: Medtronic LMS PORTAL
Client : Medtronic , Minneapolis
Role : Associate Technical Support

Project Description: Medtronic is a hospital equipment manufacturing company, which has
an online training portal designed for one-stop shopping for all their customer training needs.
The portal offers online eLearning, training videos, and classroom courses that give product
knowledge technical training to operators and technicians in the railroads. Through this portal,
Medtronic can develop, place, and track online courses for their employees to learn online. The
portal loads animation file from staging server and communicating the status of a course with
LMS. It also contains salient features for employees to navigate easily through course, entities
for animation control, search, taking notes, glossary, last visited pages, bookmark feature,
complete learning history, total time tracking, scores/credits, and much more.
Responsibilities
• Handling L3 and L4 escalation tickets
• Providing Training Admin (TA)’s with their requirements
• Proposed a solution for often system crash because of Prescriptive Rules and Report
Subscriptions and Periodic Notification events
• Submitting problem cases with Saba support and coordinating with them for problem
resolution
• Deployed code customization's, application and patch updates in clustered PROD server
and made configurable / properties changes in the server
• Analyzing log files to provide the root cause for prescriptive rule, periodic events and
report subscriptions schedule run failure.
Project Title 2: Novartis LMS PORTAL

specialty care-led and specialty. Implemented the Plateau Learning Management System (LMS) in
early 2002 to automate the business processes surrounding enterprise training and to ensure that
all training events are backed up with bulletproof audit trails. Users Enrollment and Learning
history, total time tracking, scores/credits for their employees to learn online with help of LMS on
their Learning Activity.

Project Description: Sri Lanka Telecom has a history of over 150 years, having started its
operations in 1858 with the establishment of the first Telegraphic Circuit between Galle and
Colombo. The proposed solution of Web Based Customer Complaint Management System is aimed
to improve the existing manual reporting system to achieve following objectives, while supporting
the main LMS system. The objectives are to enter details can be an ability to generate various
types of reports through LMS and database which can be accessed through a computerized system
and provide a reference number via LMS. Major part of the role involve in LMS portal offers online
eLearning, training videos, and classroom courses and file type course for their employees.
