3. SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST
(ENTRY, JOURNEY ADVANCED )
This is the entry level job in the class series. Positions at this level
require one to two years experience and successful
performance. Positions at this level are required to work under
general supervision and within a frame work of established
procedures.
This is the journey level in the class series. Positions in this class
series are flexibly staffed and positions at the II level are normally
filled by advancement from the level I requiring three to four years
experience and successful performance.
This is the advanced level in the class series. Positions in this class
series are flexibly staffed and positions at the Senior level are
normally filled by advancement from the level II requiring five to six
years experience and successful performance.
