A BRIEF OVERVIEW
• Started 2014/2015
• Currently at its 4th season
• Every Thursday 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm
• Delivered by selected Murobbi
– Kiyai Hj Suhaili, Sheikh Abu Zaki, Ust Yaakub ++
• Using Talaqi concept in the delivery
• Open to all; students, staff & public
• University as a centre of knowledge
• Promote life long learning

3. WHAT IS
AUGMENTED REALITY
• an enhanced version of reality created by the
use of technology to overlay digital
information on an image of something being
viewed through a device (such as a
smartphone camera)

8. PU + AR
• Embedding PU contents, i.e. recorded video
into physical postcards
• Viewable via smartphones / tablets
• Accessible anywhere anytime

13. BENEFITS OF PU + AR
• PU contents can reach wider community
• Increase interest and curiosity
• Serves as revision materials for those
attending the live sessions.
• AR contents can be changed or modified easily
requiring no alteration on the physical
medium.
