• Production (assembly) of Automobile handled working with Tata Marcopolo Motors Ltd. In Lucknow as
Sr. Engineer. The process involved in Line development was assembly work, Sheet metal, structure assembly,
paneling.
• Rich experience in Lean Manufacturing & TPM activities for increasing productivity and minimizing rejection
rate.
• Expertise in Kaizen and Poka-Yoke and Continual improvement activities.
• Expertise in leading, mentoring and training workforce towards accomplishment of business and individual

1- Since – march 2008 Production Executive – ( Lucknow )
Tata Marcopolo motors Ltd. (TMML) is a 51:49 joint venture company of Tata Motors Ltd. (TML) India and
Marcopolo S.A. Brazil for manufacturing of buses in India. The buses will confirm to international standards in quality
and safety, and will be marketed not only in India but also in all Tata Motors focused markets globally.
Product Handled- Ultra low floor for, Delhi transport corporation,Ultra low floor for Mumbai BEST , Ultra low floor for
BMTC Bangalore , Ultra low floor for Mortises, Ultra low floor for UPSRTC,New Hybrid Bus , luxury executive bus,
non luxury busses ,multi-axel bus,MCV diesel & cng ,LCV diesel & cng etc.
Job Responsibilities
• Planning day to day activities, production schedule preparing manuals and work instructions for production
operation and allocating work for achieving of weekly production targets.
• Layout of Weld shop & prepare all type prototype structure according to customer requirement.
• Identify areas of quality failure and take steps to rectify the system and maintaining all related documents.
• Planning and effecting maintenance schedules of various machinery‘s to increase machine up time and
equipments reliability.
• Managing the functions of troubleshooting , preventive and predictive break down maintenance of machines and
equipments so as to reduce down time.
• Ensure optimum inventory level and traceability of material through FIFO.
2- Since – Dec 2006 to March 2008 Junier Executive- Production (Rudrapur/Uttaranchal)
IFB automotive Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001& OHSAS certified company.
Product Handled- Seating system, window regulators & automotive motors.

• Production & Material Planning.
• Performance i.e. OEE analysis and improvements.
• Set up verification & line audit.
• Customer (warranty & Line rejection) analysis & c’measures.
