will be transferred to paytinum. The identity of the merchant and
consistence of the digits will be verified and a payment page will be shown
to the consumer while a SSL connection will be created between the
consumer’s browser and the payment gateway.
3. Step 3.
Provides fund settlement and customer service for international merchant
and its customers.
The issuing bank checks the cardholder's identity, that the account has
sufficient funds and that the card hasn't been reported lost or stolen. If
everything is OK, the issuing bank authorise the amount requested and
reserve those funds.
