The cell membrane protects and shelters the cell like an outside school wall. The cell nucleus controls what enters and leaves the cell and relays information, similar to a school's main office. The endoplasmic reticulum transports nutrients and information through the cell like students are transported through the hallways of a school.

like the outside wall of your
school it. It protects and
shelters everything inside of
it.

3. Cell Nucleus
A cell nucleus is like the main
office of a school. This is
because the main office
controls what goes in the office.
It also relays information to the
rest of the school.

4. Endoplasmic Reticulum
The hallways in a school are like
the cell’s endoplasmic reticulum.
In a school the hallways are
where the students are
transported to all different parts
of the school. Just like nutrients
and information is sent through
the endoplasmic reticulum.

5. Cytosol
The Cytosol is like
the faculty that works
in a school. They
encourage the
students to do their
work.

6. Chromosomes
Chromosomes are like the schools
files and website all the information is
stored here.

7. Vacuoles
Vacuoles are like the school
safe or library. Things are
stored there for later use

8. Lysosomes
Lysosomes are like the school janitor.
They remove all the junk/trash from the
school.

9. Cytoplasm
Cytoplasm is like the schools
chemistry lab. This is where
the chemical reactions take
place.

10. Mitochondria
The mitochondria is like the
school gym. In both places
energy and strength are made
and used.
