You need to make a blank file on Photoshop.
Then make sure it’s a video file.

Save that file and import it onto Adobe Premier.
Place the file above the selected video where you
the transition to take place.
4. Thirdly
Cut down you Jgp. for how long you want it to be
on screen then click on ‘Effect Controls’.
5. Then click on the drop-down arrow on ‘Opacity’
and then again on the drop-down arrow next to the
stop-watch.
Next click on the little diamond and drag it to the
beginning the middle and the end of you clip

8. Reasons for doing this
I wanted to have a flash fade transition in my music
video. But I didn’t know how.
Watch tutorial videos and asking my teacher lead
me to understand how I could make one and thus I
applied to my music video during editing.
Learning this new skill will be helpful and this
effect also turns up earlier in my music video so
now I know how to apply it there.
