3-1. Alternative medicine
Now let's predict the development stage of science medicine and techniques. It
is largely divided into alternative medicine and regenerative medicine. And in
alternative medicine, there are transplantation technology, prosthetic, and
biotechnology such as bioengineering or bionics.
1) Transplantation technology as iPSCs - The present organ transplantation1)
technique is to transplant organs, donated by siblings or parents or brain dead
people, such as liver, heart, kidneys, and etc. However, the current direction of
transplantation technology is developing into the next stage such as
transplanting stem cells. In particular, 4 to 5 specific genes, which play an
important role in maintaining the pluripotency that order stem cells to grow to
specific cells, are injected to somatic cells such as skin cells or adult cells, and
then extract specific induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)2), and then
transplant iPSCs into diseased organs of patients in order to rejuvenate them.

These iPSCs are based on the discovery that Professor Austin Smith of
Edinburgh University of the United Kingdom and Dr. Shinya Yamanaka3) of
Japan's Nara Institute of Science and Technology found ‘Master Genes’ so-
called as ‘Nanog’4) in 2003, which means the immortal land of the British
Celtic legend.
Since then, the team of Dr. Shinya Yamanaka have injected these master
genes into human skin cells and reprogrammed it to produce pluripotent
stem cells in 2007 (Takahashi & Yamanaka et al., Cell, 2007)5).

By injecting the master genes as four reset genes into adult cells, they
dedifferentiated as going back to early stage, and extracted stem cells, and
grew them to organs of body such as muscle, brain, bones, etc. to replace
diseased organs of patients. Finally they showed a groundbreaking clue to
the treatment of incurable diseases. Thus, they found ‘the Holy Grail of
Biology’ which many biologists have been looking for a long time.
Next step is to transplant iPSCs directly into diseased organs of patients
in order to rejuvenate them as Stem Cell Transplant Technology.
“For the discovery that mature cells can be reprogrammed to become
pluripotent”, the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2012 was awarded
to Dr. Shinya Yamanaka6).

This is not all nor will be all. There are electrons and atomic
nuclei(nucleus)7) in the atom. And further there are protons and neutrons in
the nucleus. So in the far distant future, electrons or protons or neutrons will
be transplanted to repair the wrong atoms.
But this will be not all. Proton and neutron have six quarks8) such as up-
down, charm-strange, and top-bottom. So when the quark is transplanted
to correct the wrong neutron and proton, the game will be over. But this
will be not all. There is also called antimatter9). Antimatter is defined as a
material composed of the antiparticles. Until now, this is the science as of
today that physics have found.
But in AD 2,500 or AD 3,000 years, more God the Father’s and Jesus'
scientific knowledge will be found. What would happen in medical science
and techniques if we go to AD 7,500 years?

2) Prosthetic or prosthesis(prasθíːsis) & Bioengineering or Bionics – In
addition, Prosthetic10) refers to medicine technique that creates robotic arms,
robotic legs, robotic hands, etc., and that creates artificial tools or devices to
perform functions much higher than those of the original body.
Bioengineering or bionics11) refers to medicine that combines engineering
with biology to create a bionic ear or bionic nose or bionic eye for replacing
each part of the body such as organs that lost the functionality.
These techniques will also be developed into a groundbreaking medicine in
the future, and I will then introduce them more in detail at the time of Jesus'
42 miracles as science and technology written and described in the New
Testament.
