16. G o a l # 1 H e a lt h a n d W e ll n ess I will learn how to keep fit and eat right at school. This goal is important because I would like to be healthy and fit so I don’t feel so tired. I will work on this goal by eating well at lunch time at school and I will work to be fit. Who can help me myself and my mom and dad and some other people.

17. G o a l # 2 S c ho o l w o r k I will try to work independently with out an S E A when I know I can do it . This goal is important because I have to be independent for the future. I will work on this goal by challenging myself to not have an S E A. Who can help me: Me , teachers and S E A.
