2. ABOUT ME… I´m Karly, I'm from Mexico City but now I`m studing in
Tec de Monterrey Cuernavaca, so I'm living alone in
Cuernavaca because my parents are in other
places.
I love to do many things, for example, I like drawing,
I specially like to draw eyes and the people ask me
"Why?" but the reason is simple, the eyes are the
windows to the soul.
Sometimes I also write and read, my favorite books
are Hush Hush and The Little Prince.
Also I like take photos because one day I want to see
this photos and remember my life and look back at
how happy I was.
I enjoy a lot being with my friends and my boyfriend
(Israel), because it is very fun being with the people
who love you.
I love listening to music, my favorite bands are
Coldplay, Imagine Dragons and SOAD, other thing
that I really enjoy to do is watching movies, I don´t
have favorite films because they all have something
cute and special.

 The love of my life name is Israel, he is a
really nice person and he is very
important for me, he is my boyfriend, we
have being together for 3 months and I
really enjoy spendending time with him

 My favorite dish are tacos.
 The tacos are delicious, I love tacos, I can
eat tacos everyday.
 In special tacos al pastor, but the
mexican tacos because the united states
tacos are not good.
 Also the tacos are spicy and have a little
pineapple, so this flavor is so great.

answers.

 Haven't we met somewhere before?
 Didn't Roberto pass his exams?

WILL AND GOING TO
 We use WILL for plans or predictions in
future; Will future expresses a spontaneous
decision, an assumption with regard to the
future or an action in the future that cannot
be influenced.
(will/won’t + verb in present)
 We use Going to for planned actions in the
future with security, for actions that we are
going do and if the things won’t do is
because not depend of us.
(to be (am, are, is) + going to + infinitive)
EXAMPLES:
 I will help you
 He will probably come back tomorrow.
 I will not watch TV tonight.
 I am not going to play handball.
 He's going to read the book

 In this partial I struggled, but I think that I could have done things better, I couldn't
have been committed more with my jobs and tasks so that they can get a better
rating. Arriving late to class and it wasn't much to my liking for this reason one of
my purposes for the next part is to be more responsible and committed to
comply with all my tasks and arrive on time to all classes. I think that I'm a good
student when I propose and I can do a lot better things.

32. My Ambition
 My greatest ambition in my life is to be happy.
 For all the people the happiness have a different
meaning because all have different ways to
understand the life, for example my mom don’t
believe in the happiness because she say that the
happiness don’t exist but for me the happiness is
spontaneous, the happiness is in every moment with
the people who is important for you, with the
people who you love.
 And I think that my gratest ambition is find
something that always make me happy, something
that always make me laught and smile.

34.  In a future If I have children, I’ll treat them with
respect and I give my confidence, I’ll not be very
strict like my mom but also I’ll not be as flexible like
my dad, I just hope be a good mother.
 Also in a future my ambition is to be happy
everyday, If you questions to the people what is the
greatest ambition probably they answer money or
something material but for me just is find something
who always makes me smile, makes me laught,
makes me… happy.

36. Passive Voice
 We use the passive voice when the focus is on the action. It is not important or not known,
however, who or what is performing the action.
 When you want mention a subject in the pray we use “by”
 For the passive voice begins the object.
 Object + finite form of to be + Past Participle
The Room was cleaned by John
The mail is delivered.
My room is being painted.
The money was stolen.
Houses are built.
It is said that women live longer than men.
The speech is written for the president.
The room will be cleaned while we are out.
A civilian has been killed.
A mistake was made.

 In active voice the pray begins with the subject and when you mention other persons we
use the personal pronouns.
 Subject + Verb + Object
Tom painted the entire house.
The teacher always answers the
students’ questions.
The choir really enjoys that piece.
Who taught you to ski?
She faxed her application for a new
job
Harry ate six shrimp at dinner.
Beautiful giraffes roam the savannah.
Sue changed the flat tire.
I ran the obstacle course in record time.

39. What is a generation GAP?
Generation Gap was a term in 1960 and was used to do referring
to differences between younger people and older people, for
example the children and their parents.
Sometimes the family relationships are bad because actually in my
generation the younger people dont have the confidence or the
adequate communication.
Also the differents tastes and the intolerance provoke that the
adolescent don't want to say what happens to them for fear of
receiving a scolding

40. My parents and their rules.
In my house my nephews and me have rules,
a few are hard but some are easy, in my
house my parents dont require me much, in
fact I don’t feel that in my house have rules.
For example
I can’t leave after at 10:00 pm
I can’t arrive after at 11:00 pm
I have to warn them if I leave and with
who.
These are the principal rules but is not difficult
break, ussually I try to obbey to my parents.

41. The teachers and their rules
In my school have many rules, in fact there are
some rules that in my opinion are strict. For
example:
You can´t go to the bathroom during the class.
You only have 5 minutes of tolerance.
But also some rules are fair.
My friend Mireya and me interviewed at three
teachers at TEC and they said us that the rules in
the school have been changed much but the rules
in house not.
They think that now the society have been change
but the rules not.

42. Students and theirs rules.
Many students say us that in
their house also there are
rules, some of their rules are
hard to obbey, I can
understand theirs because for
me sometimes also difficult to
abbey to my parents.
But also a few students say
me that the rules are for our
wellfare and it’s true because
our parents want the best for
us.

43. My opinion
In my opinion the rules are good for us because is for our formation
like persons.
The rules gives us discipline and help us to learn to be responsable
and tolerant and have succes in life.
Like younger people we have to understand that our parents just
want the best for us and the older people have to understand and
respect the new tastes of the young people and could gain the
confidence of young people.
