  2. Vraag vanuit (potentiele) klanten; eCommerce is geen extra kanaal, het is een versterking van andere kanalen en er dient net zo veel tijd en aandacht aan te worden besteed als andere kanalen. Er is personeel nodig, er moet Marketing bedreven worden en af en toe moet je een moertje vastdraaien en een stekkerdoos vervangen. Maar belangrijker is nog dat de klant ervaring en verwachting die men herkent van het contact met jullie organisatie wordt vertaald en overgebracht naar het online kanaal. Heel veel bedrijven worstelen met deze vertaling.
  3. Vaak gehoorde vragen vanuit onze klanten en prospects. Maar om de vraag te beantwoorden is meer achtergrond informatie nodig vanuit het bedrijf, haar producten, marktbenadering én haar klanten. Om deze hoofdvraag te beantwoorden dien je eerst de andere vier vragen te beantwoorden
  4. Welke rollen zijn er normaal gesproken aanwezig? Onderzoek gedaan bij +/- 50 kleine tot grote ecommerce teams en externe kennishouders op het gebied van ecommerce, waaronder o.a. eCommerce recruiters.
  5. Is er theorie? Ja. Dave Chaffey, ecommerce kennisgoeroe heeft één hoofdstuk uit een van zijn boeken gewijd over een volledige ecommerce Afdeling met alles erop en eraan. Als je bij een B2B bedrijf werkt en nieuw bent op het gebied van eCommerce, dan weet je dat dit niet gelijk in één keer opzet. En dat er wellicht andere afdelingen zijn die hierin al een deel van de werkzaamheden voorzien. Onderzoek gedaan bij +/- 50 kleine tot grote ecommerce teams in zowel binnen als buitenland met B2B en B2C en andere kennishouders op het gebied van ecommerce,
  6. Zo kwamen wij tot deze indeling. Maar ook hierbij geldt dat je niet gelijk zult beginnen met 8 á 9 FTE op een eCommerce Afdeling. Dus waar moet je dan beginnen? Wat het je wanneer nodig en wanneer ga je uitbreiden. Daarom kijken wij ook naar de benodigde kennisgebieden binnen het team.
  7. Daarin zijn vier quadranten in te onderscheiden (steeds meer richting 5 hoofdgebieden) Organisationeel (Data) Marketing Content Techniek/Functioneel

Nog veel onder de categorie “email of CRM”, maar uiteindelijk wordt het Data analist, of Big Data… Zwaartepunt voor livegang en toenemend naar gelang het ecommerce platform groeit.
  12. Wie is de klant Wat vind de klant interessant Meten is weten Verhogen klant betrokkenheid Automatiseren van lopende zaken Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van finance. Beter aanbieden van producten aan de behoefte van iedere klant.
  13. De enige rol die niet specifiek in één kwadrant thuis hoort maar ook bepaalde kennis nodig heeft van online marketing en project management om daadwerkelijk te snappen welke data op welk moment waar nodig is, waar deze op te halen is en waar deze in het vervolg voor gebruikt kan worden.

  15. De rol van emarketeer is inmiddels dermate groot geworden door alle mogelijkheden op dat vlak, dat veel bedrijven starten met een generalist en daarna uitbreiden naar specialisten. Soms bestaat de hele ecommerce Afdeling uit emarketing specialisten. Ieder specialisme voegt weer iets anders toe aan het verkoopproces. Van verleiding en kassakoopjes tot het wegnemen van drempels bij de verkoop van complexe producten. Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van Marketing.
  16. Tweede kwadrant en in te vliegen vanuit Marketing
  17. Zwaartepunt voor livegang (content vullen) en daarna constant voor content. Maar afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid in content wisselingen of assortiments wisselingen pieken en dalen. Subrollen specifiek benoemd omdat de workload hier snel onderschat wordt. Voor alle subunits Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van Marketing.
  18. Binden en aanbieden Iedere week een nieuwe etalage. Nieuws, producten, aanbiedingen. Iets dat leeft, doet bezoeken. Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van Marketing.
  19. Emotie/binding/betrokkenheid Klopt jouw bedrijfspositionering met jouw online voorkomen? En klopt dit met hetgeen waar jouw klanten naar op zoek zijn in een partner. Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van Marketing.
  20. Informatie! Waar zoeken jouw klanten op en wordt je daarop gevonden? Natuurlijk onzin bij een gesloten webstore, maar onmisbaar bij een open store met veel producten en data. Jouw kennis overbrengen online is heel moeilijk, maar voor de meeste klanten wel de hoofdreden om bij jou te betsellen. Mogelijk voor de eerste maanden en basis rapportages gebruik maken van Marketing of incoop of zelfs verkoop!
  21. Veel producten of producteigenschappen?
  22. Informatie! In te vliegen vanuit inkoop of juist verkoop? Afhankelijk van waar jouw klanten naar zoeken.
  23. Onderschat dit niet!
  24. Project afhankelijke drukte.
  25. Soms ingevlogen vanuit IT.
  26. Maar ook hiervan. Complex interfaces, or manual work.

  28. Heeft kennis van IT, processen en systemen en het beheer hiervan. Naar mate het platform groeit zul je zien dat deze rol gestaag aan werk erbij krijgt.
