EVENT PROPOSAL 2023-24

2. Reiki – Exploring the area
 We are to explore societies and Pre-Schools and gather data of respective person (Society
Chairman, Managing Trustee or Owner of Pre-School).
 As per our ongoing Reiki, we observed Ankleshwar and surroundings are having 4 to 5 stories
apartments or Individual bungalow is making it difficult to organize a single event per apartment.
Henceforth, we can merge 5 to 7 apartments and keep the competitions interesting with funky
goodies for the winner as well as certification for participation.
 After Reiki first step, we will send Google form to the person we met.
 5 to 8 Reiki a day can be done with ease (Residential Areas).
 Event Venue to be within a radius of 4 to 6 km from school. Because, the lead conversion is higher
due to transportation feasibility.

11. Nuclear Event – Rapid Frequency
 All the above events can be done frequently with Pre-Schools as well as Societies. And we
can also announce & arrange such Nuclear Events within our School Playground and
invite parents across Ankleshwar using BTL Activities and WhatsApp blast kind of activity.
 Such event we can plan within Ankleshwar for the frequency of 15 to 18 events per
month.
 Such games are easy to play and lesser expensive and the props used are easy to carry
around.
 In Early morning or Evening Session, Small activities can be done at Gardens in
Ankleshwar (Highest Footfalls are in Joggers Park & Kamlam Park – Golden Point)

12.  During an event we require representatives (Promotors) or outsourced persons or existing student
from Podar.
 For such events props budget can be from 2k to 5k max.
 Such event activity can attract 25 to 50 kids respectively.
 Over all cost per lead can be around 100 rs to 350 rs maximum.
 After creating a Data Bank our PREs, BDEs & BDM can send WhatsApp Blast messages to engage
parents and update them with attractive information.
 Only after successive 2 months we can plan a big event like JCI had done. We are ready with the
data of Vendors and people who are interested in Exhibiting themselves and paying for stalls.
