 Co-generation plant
 5x1MW Jenbacher 320 Gas Engines
 275 KVA Perkins Diesel Generator as a Stand by source
 2 WHR Boilers (waste Heat Recovery)
Responsibilities:
 Supervising the power plant operation, ensure the smooth and safe operation of
power plant
 Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for
improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipments & machinery.
 Project execution & Supervision
 30 K Maintenance (Major Overhauling) of JMS320 Gas Engines
Projects:
 Part of project team for erection of Thermax coal fired Boiler
 Part of project team for the Synchronization of Wapda Supply with Power
House.
 Part of project team for Installation & commissioning of 275 KVA Diesel Generator
 Supervised the Installation & commissioning of 4 Ton R.O Plant
 Part of Energy Saving project, where we replace heavy load motors with SIEMENS
made motors along with their inverters.
