5. What are experiences and forms of open
learning for adults?
Adults do not want to do formal/serious learning. They want it
to be entertaining and attractive.
Important to keep in mind the needs of different target groups
(heterogenious)
Keeping in mind the socio-cultural aspects
Validating, accreditating or at least rewarding (badges, micro-
credentials)

6. Are digital resources and technologies
accessible for adult learning?
Yes and no. Those that need learning most do not know where
and how to access the resources.
Resources should keep in mind the needs of different target
groups (especially – vulnerable).
Innitial physical contact is still wanted, especially for
vulnerable target groups – refugees, early school leavers, etc.)
Technological solutions are very important.
