15. CONTROL DESK
The housekeeping control desk is the central hub or the nerve
center of the housekeeping department. It is responsible continuous
coordination with the front office regarding departure room.
16. LAUNDRY
The laundry ensures that staff uniforms are laundered and sent to
the uniform room on a daily basis.
The laundry also ensures that they provide the linen room with clean
bed and bath linen for the guest rooms and clean table linen for the
food and beverage outlets.
This section also does guest laundry and charges for it, thereby
earning revenue for the hotel.
