Ans. There are a two things are important to
become a successful employee. First thing
is doing hardwork and second thing is be
honest.

might have faced some challenges , how do
you take it? As an opportinities and as a
hurdle?
Ans. During my sucessful carieer , I have
faced many challenges and also now a days I
face. I take it as a opportunities. I keep
patient in making decision.

have faced your juniors are not working
according to your Expectations. How do you
make them work..?
According to my expectations ,when
juniors are not working ,I try to do two
things. First of all I tell to them very politely
although they don’t co-operate with me.

technic , I do-we do means I do work of
them as him so they automatically work
,according to my expectations.

might have faced your Seniors/Authorities
are not supporting according to your
Expectations. How do you make them
convince..?
Ans. In this situation, I communicate with
them co-operatively. i communicate with
my strong confidence with them to achieve
their support.in this way, I convenience
seniors.

Contribution to organization and how do
you relate it to society?
Ans. Contribution is The management of
employee and workers in my section .the
management is releted with the society. at
home, management for the better home
,managing relationship with family and
friend .

for this attitude and overcome of the fear
and failure,I have strong confidence to

youth?
Ans. I suggest future engineers to think twise
and act wise.i advice to all the people to do
hardwork and do smart work instead of
complex work.
if you can not do great things ,do small
things in a great way.

Ans. I always try to make the complicated
task into an easier one, and delegate the
work to down level. so that i can be ready
anytime to take more responsibilities on my
shoulders and definitely will become a
successful person. just try to develop the
virtues of leadership and success will get
back to you.
