10. House is reported to take up S. 510 and pass before Congress adjourns for the year
11. House is reported to take up S. 3307 (Child Nutrition Reauth) and pass before Congress adjourns for the year
12. There are a number of bills that could come up between now and adjournment but focus is on Bush tax cut extensions
13. Also in consideration are the expiring tax extenders, including Blenders tax and ethanol tariff extension--Baucus and Grassley pushing for full extension (5yrs) for Blenders and ethanol tariff
14. House Ways and Means not inclined to extend for any amount of time
15. NPPC’s assessment, if Blenders and ethanol tariffs do get extended, it ill be for one year with Blenders tax credit at a reduce rate
16. Congress must also pass a Continuing Resolution or Omnibus spending package for FY11
