Normal Situation After Innovation
Newborn baby’s parent should register
for birth certificate no later than 6
months after birth.
Birth certificate, family card, and health
insurance card will be given to the mother
gave birth before leaving hospital.
Borrowers come to library to borrow
books.
Borrowers call/send message to the
Library, and the book will be delivered to
borrowers’ residence.
Street children have no opportunity to go
to school due to obligation to help their
parents (working, seeking income, etc.)
Education offices provide teaching services
outside school hours, located near their
residence.
City parks are dirty and unutilized. Thematic park, people gathered and get
connected each other.
No special services for school-age
children.
Children were given Children Card, serves
as identity card and discount-card for
purchasing book or any other services.

Normal Situation After Innovation
School children have to pay public
transportation to school and back
home.
LG provides free transportation to/from school
by promoting CSR from LG Owned Companies.
Development proposals submitted
in a hierarchical steps.
People propose a certain plan of development
to the Mayor through social media.
People gathered in downtown just
for fun (enjoy landscape or culinary
etc.)
People gathered in downtown and discussing
common problems with local authorities and
bring the result into government program.
There are idle lands around people
settlement.
The idle lands are managed by surrounding
residents as family medicinal planting which
offer side income.
Hospital displays posters related to
disease or medical devices.
Hospital replaces such posters with backdrops
related to local tourism or humanitarian
activities to promote Green & Friendly Hospital.
