It seems that assessing the percentage of those who receive a broadband coverage of less than 2 Megabits per second (Mbps) could be a concern under the UK’s broadband Universal Service Obligations (USO). This is because individuals now have the right to request a broadband connection of at least a download speed of 10 Mbps and an upload speed of 1 Mbps.
