presentessim, and the aging workforce so T.J. Samson facing
lots of health problems and they’re trying to avoid all the
causes of these issues and help them be better.

news letter I does not talk about helping them be improved and
giving them some diabetic and diet recipes. Also they do not

DURING THE DESIGN OF THE PROGRAM? I want the
program “A Healthier You” to be beneficial which it will
include some physical activities, diabetes checking, yoga
cessions, and educational newsletter to get them to know about
their risks.

very prevalent based on what Mr. Howard said that the biggest
risk that we had is depression/anxiety but this issue won’t be
solve with the medication that why I suggested to make a yoga
cessions to decrease the anxiety rate of the employees.
1. WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE PROBLEM?
The problems are diabetes, obesity, depression, smoking, and
physical activity are effecting the employees health. These
issues can make the employees to be lazy and not do the work
that they are supposed to do.

5. of the problems could be lot’s of work that can make the
employee depressed and not having a time for vacation, do not
have enough time to eat healthy meals and that way most of the
employee are obese, diabetic, and less physical active.

GREATEST RISK? The employees that are in risk are the ones
who aged 45-50 years old because these ages need to have a
special care to stay healthy and active. Also the employees who
are obese because they will feel heavy and lazy to get their
work done.

Vision: to encourage the employees to be active and healthy in

Mission: to promote and support our employees to live a healthy
and valuable lifestyle.

employees attending the stop-smoking support group cessions

DEVELOP A MARKETING STRATEGY USING THE 4 PS OF
MARKETING
1. Product: is a WHP program that offer services for the
employees to help them lose weight, be active, eating healthy
meals, and reduce depression.
1. Price: the employees will be changed only $17.00 a month to
get into the fitness center but the walking track and the support
cessions will be free just to encourage the employees to
participate.
1. Placement: All the employees will be able to participate in
the “A Healthier You” program. The benefit of the program will
goes to employees who attend cession, exercise, and eat healthy
meals.
1. Promotion: we will use a freebies such as T-shirts and health
screenings. We also will use a posters on walls and sending
news newsletter through their emails so that will allow all the
employees to have an access for more information about the

EVALUATION
The program “A Healthier You” have goals and objectives that
will be provided for all the employees and especially for those
who are suffering from diabetes, obesity, physical activity, and
depression.
In the beginning I would like to do a need and interest
assessment because T.J. Samson haven’t done one since 2016.
When the employees will be interested in our program then we
offer a Free health screenings include: glucose, lipid panel,
total cholesterol, bone density, height/weight, body fat
analysis/body mass index and blood pressure checks every 3
months to know if our program is beneficial for them or not. We
also will do a needs assessment or survey every month to know

will have a feedback to know of our program does succeeded or
not.
