Dear Sir or Madam,
For educational purposes only,we, A2 Media Studies students of St. Andrew’s Catholic
School located in Leatherhead, would like to film at several different locations within the
Surrey area.
The filming date will be on the week beginning Tuesday 15th until Wednesday 16th
November 2016 at approximately 12:30 – 4:30pm on each day, the footage would only be
used in a media production forA Levelcoursework, whichis a Fictional Soap Opera trailer.
The perimeter we will be working in will be Ashtead. We wouldlike to stress that no harm
will be caused to the environment wework in or the pedestrians around us. Our locations
that have been chosen are not close to extremely busy urban areas, so we wouldn’t cause
any issues with the public and public services. Our actors and actresses willbe under
filming conditions and will remain professional, as they are representatives of the school,
whichincludes:
 No disturbance to the public.
