complete college work, stream videos on Netflix and YouTube, and talk to others through Skype.
Yet sometimes we may encounter slow speeds when streaming videos or voice and video chatting.
Slow speeds stem from Internet Service Providers (ISP) slowing these services down because they
require too much bandwidth or because another company pays the ISP for superior service over

of how the Internet actually works and how the content arrives at their computer they understand its
