FACTS : ratio are used to compare parts of a single thing. 
CONCEPT: Individual quantities change, but ratio remain same is called proportion. 
PROCESS: process of teaching and learning proportion 
PROCESS SKILS: observing, classifying, finding, analyzing, interpreting, calculating
