1. • we use simple present tense to tell about present habits ,
general truth and something happen now.
• simple present tense has form such as :
a. Positive sentence ( +).
subject + infinitive ( +s ).
b. Negative sentence ( - ).
subject + do/ does + not + infinitive.
c. Interogative sentence
Do/ does + subject + infinitive
• the verb of simple present tense for the subject He, She, it add
by –S or -ES.

2. While for the subject I, we , you, they, use verb 1 (infinitive ).
example : Rudi always goes to school on foot.
you always go to school by like.
The linking verbs ( to be ) of simple present tense , we use
“am” for the subject I “ is “ for the subject he, she, it and “are”
for the subject you, they, we.
am : I
are : you, they, we.
is : he, she, it.
the simple present tense sentence usually joint with adverb
of frequency such as : always, usually, often, sometimes,
seldom, ever, never.

3. If you want to say something to someone but you can’t meet him
or her , you can make a message or write a memo, you can use
the following points :
- the opening segment ( to whom ?).
- the purpose of memo ( the content or something you
want to say.
- the closing segment ( the name of sender ).
