I’m Safe Apps is the best mobile Apps that focuses on Children, Parents and School to manage
their relationship when they go somewhere and father or mother know where their child go, and
about the school they can confirm with student’s family to give the information about their child,
most function of this apps the user can check where their children going on or stay, location of
child, add member, change personal information in apps, can alert to admin or parents to know
about them.
The main of purpose of this apps is create for all family in Cambodia who difficult to manage their
child and want to make a safe with family by checking and alert information when their child
leave. About ours price is less that other only 50 cents/time and we will keep security of your
information from the rise with the new technology.
For recommendation, I recommend you to use this apps to make your family got a happiness,
safe and more confidential with your family, moreover you can know and get information from

The important people in our business are people who live in Phnom Penh, and they roles in family
(that mean a person who have child), who have smart phone using by want to know all
information of their child where they go and they have safe or not with their trip or studying,

To sell ours product successfully, we have a plan to sell. The first, we will promote ours apps to
school and companies to all staffs who have a family and son or daughter introduce them to use

About ours market customer are person who have family (son, daughters) who busy with
working and difficulty to manage their child mostly people who work in state companies and in
private companies, business man and business women also who all of them are really busy with
their business.
History of this apps, before I create this apps, I saw many family and school include child also,
they difficult to share the information to their family, parents or school. Most of parents they
don’t where their child go when they don’t live or stay with them, and sometime they angry with
their son or daughters also. All this action that purse me to run or create this project apps to
solve all the problem that family school and child have. I hope that this apps will become the best
friends with family school child who want to share they information when they go some ware or
when they want to tell their family about them.
For the outline to accomplish in immediate future, I have outline to provide this apps to people
who work in private companies that have family (son and daughters) for them to use free, and
make they trust on ours apps first, after they use and trust on ours apps we hope that in the
future goals ours apps will have a lot of user that use our apps.

that you will see the message or status of your son that send to you. If your son go to pagoda,
the message will alert to you that your son stay at the pagoda now by provide with map and
name of pagoda also. So after you seen this message you will know that your son stay at the
pagoda now and you can view map of this pagoda also.
The most of advantages over the competition are this apps will alert message to parents recently
when their son or daughter purse on apps or input the message with detail where they go.
Moreover this apps can share location where they stay now with keep secure information with
them. All of these are the most advantages that ours competition don’t have.

The key competitors of ours Apps are Google Maps, Facebook (check in) all these are not real
main competitor in Cambodia but they are our key competitor in other country and in the future.
I think ours Apps will perform on mobile because nowadays most of user have smart phone, so
it will make ours customer easy for them to use our apps. One more we will make ours apps
response and have related with mobile by cooperate with mobile company like IPhone, Nokia,….
We need to target it in the Facebook or instagram to show to another people look and want to
use. This is a one apps don’t have another apps the same App. I will perform because I saw the
problem I want to help the people to have solution. Fit back have a customer want to use it.

Understanding how livelihoods, which represent the income sources for the majority of
households in rural and/or urban areas, translate into consumption and expenditure is
critical to analyzing how, where and to what degree vulnerable households engage in
and depend on markets.
Focus of analysis
Analysts should investigate households’ production strategies and techniques, input and
credit provision, reliance on casual and household labour, and access to markets to sell
produce. They should also investigate the different categories of costs and margins of the
activities conducted, how they translate into profitability and competitiveness, and the
scale and type of income they generate. This information not only provides insights into
household level market participation, but can also be expanded to inform meso-level
value chain analyses (see section 4.2).
For households involved in the production of goods and services, quantitative indicators
for income analysis include financial ratios commonly used in traditional accounting: net
income, net margin, and break-even point. These ratios are based upon revenue (the
product of price and quantity) and total operational costs (the sum of fixed operational
costs and variable operational costs).
Net income is a measurement of profitability or the total earnings of an
activity after accounting for costs.
Net margin considers net income on a per unit basis and relative to
revenue. It can offer insights on the level of competitiveness of producers
vis-à-vis other actors.
The break-even point shows the quantity that must be sold, or the price
that must be obtained to avoid financial losses, thus indicating the scale at
which an activity must be pursued to be economically productive.
These indicators require calculating the operational costs or expenses assumed in
the production of a good. They do not include investment costs, which typically
are fixed costs that 12 are assumed before engaging in an economic activity,
amortized over a projected besiness period and recuperated through profits3.
Investigating all these operational costs allows the analyst to better evaluate
household
market access, barriers to entry and exit for individual households, and risks
associated with livelihood activities.

Labour market
analysis Purpose
With the increasing use of public works projects (e.g. cash or food for work) as
part of WFP programmes and the importance of wage income to vulnerable
households’ livelihoods (both in rural and urban settings), labour market analysis
is increasingly becoming an important area of investigation for needs assessment
and response analysis.4
Labour market analysis can help design programmes that provide incentives to
farmers to engage more intensively in specific income-generating activities (e.g.
local purchases) and understand their impact, in particular whether they create
distortions on the labour market.
Particularly for public works projects, labour analysis is critical for determining wage
rates or equivalent transfer amounts, whether by means of establishing the reservation
wage (the lowest wage a worker will accept), nutritional needs-based methods, or some
combination of the two. Additionally, a strong grasp of labour markets is needed for
targeting these programmes (see Box 2).
