2. Synopsis
Krupa Hi-Tech Global Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., is an organization, we have recently incorporated
according to statutory compliance. In this commercial organization, we are planning to develop a
business network to concentrate ultimately on BoP (Bottom of Pyramid) to provide global emerging
technology and to enhance the lifestyle and behavior pattern.
According to recent research results says, Telecommunications & Information technology grows
geometrically year to year. These both sectors conquering the emerging market and make the lifestyle
and development of the users to grow rapidly. We planned to correlate the growth of
telecommunications along with Information technology together which produces an unexpected out of
dream development. This combination has results continuous growth in mobile phones, internet usage,
broadband subscriptions, telecommunication traffic / density, access to education, agriculture, business
dependencies, innovative applications development etc...
3. Features
We named our brand as “BSLATE” which has features of BSLATE APP, We support Cloud server support,
Extendable memory slots and our own exclusive couple of applications (Education Suite & Business
Suite) will be introduced in it.
4. Educational Suite
In educational suite, we planned to provide bundle of syllabus for students from SB, CBSE, AICTE,
IGNOU, HSS, ICSE, TOEFEL, GRE, GMAT, IIT-JEE etc... And also we are planning to include course
materials of medicine, engineering, arts & science, technical, non-technical and professional
courses.
Apart from this, entrance exams coaching guides, reference books, questionnaire supplements for
Competitive examinations. All these study materials will be provided as e-books in the form of an
application.
The idea is to make available of all study materials under one virtual roof without physical hindrance and
consecutive expenses. This application will provide students / users a wide range of references for their
up gradation. With the help of this application, users won’t be spending on physical books / study
materials and they will be avoiding physical strain on search of what they need.
5. Business Suite
In business suite, we are planning to provide software’s which are existing in the market to be
converted to Android OS caters for shop keepers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, pharmacies, tour
operators, couriers, supply chain, sales, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, accounting etc...
All existing software’s as above said, either runs in windows or other OS based. We are trying to make
cross platform in it to convert those into Android to upload in our Tablet in the form of applications.
The idea is to minimize the use of desktop & laptop and increase the usage of tablets which is
most convenient to carry and operate. By this system, we can avoid physical strains. Access to data’s
of our business will be fruitful & convenient and it is possible to access the data from any part of
the world. We do provide cloud computing database storage facility in our tablet, which helps users to
store their data’s online in cloud servers. This makes them to walk with free hands and can avoid
dumping those data’s in their hard disk space.
6. Potential Market
In preliminary research, we found much useful information’s to pitch in the right market to make our
product success and to ensure the reach of exact targeted consumer’s demands for it. So we decided
non-metros, tier-2 & 3 towns, developing towns are the target market for our brand. Due to the
highest brand consciousness, brand addicts and sophisticated product users in metros, we keep
initially metro markets as optional and we do concentrate of non-metros, tier-2 & 3 towns,
developing towns and not avoiding metro markets because of our price range and availability of
potential buyers. In our Target market is more and cost of promotion will be much cost effective and
also the impact of our Promotion can be ensured in our target market.
7. Promotion
Planning to execute ATL, Press and Air media promotions primarily; Along with channel promotion,
branding in retail outlets, high impact and long life promotion to ensure visibility at maximum level.
A brief plan for promotions will be made before the launch of product and will be executed accurately.
Monitoring & Evaluation process to be followed to measure the impact which helps to fine tune the
process. Brand positioning through various tools for implementation will be carried out.
8. Marketing
Conventional, Non-Conventional & Alternative distribution models will be adapted to tap potential
market. In conventional & non-conventional models, traditional distributors, dealers & retailers
will be focused. We make enough room for the sellers to make their profit, which helps us to make push
our brands. We budgeted accordingly and in fact no any existing brands do provide margins for sellers as
we do. So, degree of interest of buyers will be transmitted to our brands by sellers. In addition to that
our promotion and visibility makes brand recognitions and the quality and comparison within the price
range of our product explains on its own. Time to time, we provide schemes / add-ons / discounts to
retain the market stamina for our brand.
Through alternative distribution channel, we will be concentrating more on educational institutions,
colleges, universities, polytechnics, B-schools, corporate, employees, professionals, government and non
government officials. These sections of buyers can buy our product at very less cost comparing with
retailers because of direct marketing by us.
9. Sustainability
Even though we sell our product through various degrees of promotions, different models of distribution
channels, tools of research; Krupa Hi-Tech is planning to sell our exclusive education & business suite
applications along with / without product and makes available at applications stores.
We consider these applications will be as an evergreen money tree for our sustainability which gives
continuous revenue by various users downloads and purchase and also as royalties. Similar applications
will be developed and development process will be fuelled continuously to enhance our product and
services time to time. Many other innovative applications & products will be introduced down the
channel frequently.
After breakeven, Krupa Hi-Tech is keen to reinvest its entire revenue which makes to expand the
geography and confirms the penetration to build a strong distribution system. Brand implementation,
positioning, market segmentation, pre/post sale or launch research, Promotions, Concept building will
be kept on high alert and those process will be monitored with high end care.
