1. WHAT IS MEDICAL OXYGEN & HOW IT
IS MANUFACTURED

2. मेडिकल ऑक्सीजन में 98% तक शुद्ध
ऑक्सीजन होता है। इसमें अन्य गैसों, नमी,
धूल आदि जैसी अशुद्धता नह ीं होती है।
Medical oxygen contains pure Oxygen
upto 98%. It does not contains any
impurity like other gases, moisture,
dust etc.

3. वायु में हाइड्रोजन (21%), नाइट्रोजन
(78%) और अन्य गैसें 1% में मौजूि हैं
जैसे हाइड्रोजन, ननयोन, जेनोन ,
ह ललयम, कार्बन िाइऑक्साइि आदि।
Oxygen (21%), Nitrogen (78%) and
other gases are present in 1% in the
air like Hydrogen, Neon, Xenon,
Helium, Carbon dioxide etc.

4. पहले हवा को सींपीड़ित ककया जाता है
और किर ऑक्सीजन सींयींत्र में मौजूि
वायु पृथक्करण की तकनीक का
उपयोग करक
े ऑक्सीजन हवा से
अलग हो जाती है
First air is compressed and by using
the technique of air separation
present in Oxygen plant, Oxygen
gets separated from air

5. धूल जैसे अशुद्धधयों को किल्टर द्वारा
अलग ककया जाता है और किर क़िल्टर की
गई हवा को ऑक्सीजन और अन्य गैसों से
अलग करने क
े ललए ठींिा और आसुत
ककया जाता है
Dust like impurities are separated
by filter and then the filtered air is
then cooled and distilled to separate
Oxygen from other gases

6. इस पूर प्रकिया में हवा में मौजूि
ऑक्सीजन तरल में पररवनतबत हो जाता है
जजसे आगे कहा गया है।इस ऑक्सीजन
को जो सींग्रह त ककया जा सकता है उसे
मेडिकल ऑक्सीजन कहा जाता है।
In this whole process, Oxygen present
in the air gets converted to liquid which
is further stored, this Oxygen which
can be stored is called Medical Oxygen
