This is the first chapter of CPDP. This chapter tells about contributor n how it differs from non-contributor.

1. THE CONTRIBUTOR WORK IDEAL
योगदानकर्ाा का आदर्ा काया

2. IDEAL (आदर्ा)
• An idea or principle that seems perfect to you
and that you want to achieve
• एक विचार या सिद्ाांर् जो आपको िही
लगर्ा है और जजिे आप हासिल करना चाहर्े
हैं

3. CONTRIBUTOR
A person who :
• concerns for the human beings
• इांिानों की चचांर्ा
• Who takes responsibility in any situation
• ककिी भी जथितर् में जजम्मेदारी लेर्ा है
• puts team’s success before personal success
• व्यजतर्गर् िफलर्ा िे पहले टीम की िफलर्ा को
रखर्ा है
• takes pride in doing their work well
• अपने काम को अच्छी र्रह िे करने में गिा
महिूि करर्ा है

4. • Contributor go all out to try and find an answer. They
take responsibility for making things happen in any
situation
• योगदानकर्ाा पूरी कोसर्र् करर्े हैं और जिाब ढूांढर्े हैं।
िे ककिी भी जथितर् में चीजें करने की जजम्मेदारी लेर्े
हैं
• contributor have a wider view of their work and thus
take pride in doing their work well
• योगदानकर्ाा अपने काम क
े बारे में व्यापक दृजटटकोण
रखर्े हैं और इि प्रकार अपने काम को अच्छी र्रह िे
करने में गिा महिूि करर्े हैं
• the contributor’s focus is in achieving the larger goals
of the team, rather than focusing only on his own
personal success.

6. Difference
• Contributors are always happy, productive and
responsible at work place
• योगदानकर्ाा कायाथिल पर हमेर्ा खुर्,
उत्पादक और जजम्मेदार होर्े हैं
• Non-contributors are always sad,
unproductive and non-responsible at work
place
• गैर-योगदानकर्ाा कायाथिल पर हमेर्ा दुखी,
अनुत्पादक और गैर-जजम्मेदार होर्े हैं

8. • Non-contributor is clock watcher
• गैर-योगदानकर्ाा हमेर्ा घडी देखर्ा है

10. • The contributor is committed to the
responsibilities of his role. He is not clock
watcher
• योगदानकर्ाा अपनी भूसमका की जजम्मेदाररयों
क
े सलए प्रतर्बद् है। िह घडी देखने िाला नहीां
है
