then just get informed and educated on it. I work in Downtown Phoenix, AZ and on my way home I
occasionally stop at a Circle K store on Van Buren and 17th Avenue. Tuesday night 6/30/2015 I
visited the store and found a man in his 20s working the register I believe his name started with an
"R". While in line a gentleman came in and began to place his backpack on the counter. Your
employee working the register stated very loudly "the other one too" referring to the other bag in his

I gather this is due to the location of this particular Circle K. Allow me to explain – Downtown
Phoenix houses a majority of our homeless population and offers housing in the form of shelters not
too far from this location. Like a number of our major cities we do not have enough beds available
in our shelters to accompany our entire population and many are forced to also sleep on the streets.
Many of your customers while I was there were of the homeless population who do not own homes
or cars and what possessions they do own are housed in their backpacks which were all placed on
the counter near the entrance. I understand the theft concern which I'm sure is why this is enforced
but my concern was if this was an actual Circle K policy and if so what measures is Circle K taking
to reduce liability for items stolen or lost while they are made to sit on the counter only five feet

Speeches come in all shapes and sizes, some fantastic, some horrible, some motivational and some
inspirational. The one detail I can tell you there is always a few that will linger and stick around in
your head. These speeches go through history as being remembered and studied for decades. A few
that come to mind happen to be "I have a dream" by Martin Luther King, "Never give up...Don't
ever give up," by Jimmy Valvano and "You've got to find what you love," by Steve Jobs. Each and

he dropped out after 6 months. Additionally, he reveals information about himself throughout the
speech, such as being adopted, and the fascination for calligraphy. At the age of 20, Steve and a
friend created Apple, a computer company in his parent 's garage, later to be fired from his own
company. But of course that did not stop Jobs; he ended up creating two more companies called

First of all I would like to thank professor Zajac for giving me the opportunity to present a

My Speech
When I began writing my commencement speech I knew that I wanted to use humor as a main
theme. When we watched the speech examples in class the ones that I really took material away
from and the ones that stuck with me the longest were the ones that were funny and had humor
sprinkled throughout. Other than the humor part I had no idea what I wanted my speech to be about
but I knew that I needed to stick with a common theme throughout or it would be a mess. Once I had
the reoccurring dream about the tiger I took that as the universe's way of telling me that my speech
should incorporate that so I decided to go with the theme of choices. I was really excited once we

Adolf Hitler became very popular for the captivate speeches that he gave, he was very persuasive
and engaged with Germany with trying to make it better. He made huge impacts on people's lives
during the holocaust and was able to get Germany to a very high point in society. After world war,
Hitler used his popularity to collapse what was left of the Weimar Republic. Hitler had a mind of his
own, and he used his power of speech to get people to believe what he believed in. Hitler's
leadership was very significant to the whole world, especially Germany.
Born on April 20th, 1889 Adolf Hitler was brought into the world by his parents, Alios Hitler and
Klara Hitler. Hitler was baptized a Catholic, even though his grandfather was Jewish, and he
attended Roman Catholic Church. In 1898, him and his family moved to linz, Alios wanted Hitler to
join the Habsburg Civil Services, but he wanted to follow his dreams and become an artist. Shortly
after his father's death, he persuaded his mother to allow him to follow his dream. Hitler then took
the exam to the Vienna Academy of Arts, a Jewish academy, but he was declined. After moving to
Vienna, he hoped that he would be able to persuade them for acceptance, but they still did not
change their minds, this is when Hitler first started to hate Jews.
Hitler was a man with very powerful words. On October 16th, 1919 Hitler have his first speech, this

The censorship will not ban anyone from saying derogatory remarks in the privacy of their own
homes and or with their families. For example if a grown up and tell his or her children it is all right
to use these words, the censorship will not apply. However, if this same person tells their children
that he/she can go around using these words and phrases to anyone they so chose, then the

I work in Downtown Phoenix, AZ and on my way home I occasionally stop at a Circle K store on Van Buren and 17th Avenue. Tuesday night 6/30/2015 I visited the store and found a man in his 20s working the register I believe his name started with an "R". While in line a gentleman came in and began to place his backpack on the counter. Your employee working the register stated very loudly "the other one too" referring to the other bag in his possession.
