The campaign was created to help you get through the process of
implementing the new TMP Brand - Future Leaders. This is a pilot
campaign and therefore all of the materials, both printed and online, will
be provided from the national level.
START: 21.04.2014
END: 1 8.05.2014
TOGETHER: 4 weeks
IMPORTANT!!!
In the same time, from 28.04. till 11.05. is a national Global Citizen peak, so
please take this into consideration while planning a TMP campaign.
COMMUNICATE:
Young people develop their entrepreneurial approach and attitude through
team work. We shape future leaders who have positive impact on their
environment.
Our program is delivering versatile dynamic experience of team work which
enable both personal and professional development. Through our projects we
shape future leaders, giving them access to international environment.
Attitude of entrepreneurship we develop helps youth adjust promptly to
quickly changing reality of 21st century.

There are 4 different types of posters:
4 general about the Future Leaders program and 2 for each of
the segments.
You can choose which posters and how many you want to use. The
recommendation is to use general posters in places where you
don’t know exactly who can be there. However if you know that
the specific kind of people, right for one of the segments is there,
it’s better to use the ones for the segments. Posters for the
segments are also better when you want to promote specific
opportunities and not the whole program.
FLYER was created to hand it out to the students in order to give
them general info about the progtamme. It is editable and you can
put there your website, Facebook fanpage and the deadline of the
application.
FOLDER was created to hand it out to the students in order to give
them more specific info about the programme and the segments.
You can find there all the information needed. It is not editable. We
recommend keeping some amount of them in the office so
whenever there will be people coming to your office you can
easily share with them the folder.
These are the pictures with quotes. They will be posted from AIESEC in
Poland fanpage throughout the whole campaign and LCs should share
them on their local fanpages (do not post it again). It is important as this
will give us bigger reach for the whole Poland.

These pictures were made to encourage our current members to share
their experience. Each picture consists of two elements: fact about AIESEC
and question to AIESECers about that fact. They are either about AIESEC in
general or about working in a specific segment.
You should use this cover photo during the Future Leaders
campaign. It is not editable.

This picture is for your local members to use during the Future Leaders
campaign. The more of them will use it, the bigger your reach will be!
As we did not resign from the storytelling form of communication, it will still be used,
but in a different form. It is recommended now to communicate more about the
actual things we learn in AIESEC, rather than about the general experience. Think
about our segments and how your experience actually shows your development in
those areas – and then write your story 
The storytelling about famous people is about showcasing the story of a famous
people’s success in order to motivate our target group to join AIESEC.

The slider should be used on the website during the time of the Future Leaders
campaign, together with the news and new event on the website about the
recruitment.
Remember that, since this is
a pilot Future Leaders
campaign, during the May
recruitment we are focusing
mostly on online promotion,
rather than the ongoing one.
You will receive all the
priniting materials to spread
out and distribute, as well
with all online ones to put on
your Facebook fanpage and
website.

Remember also that those
materials, delivered from a
national level, are meant to be
used also during the big

campaign.


However if you know that the specific kind of people, right for one of the segments is there, it’s better to use the ones for the segments. Posters for the segments are also better when you want to promote specific opportunities and not the whole program.
  • 6. FLYER was created to hand it out to the students in order to give them general info about the progtamme. It is editable and you can put there your website, Facebook fanpage and the deadline of the application. FOLDER was created to hand it out to the students in order to give them more specific info about the programme and the segments. You can find there all the information needed. It is not editable. We recommend keeping some amount of them in the office so whenever there will be people coming to your office you can easily share with them the folder.
  • 7. These are the pictures with quotes. They will be posted from AIESEC in Poland fanpage throughout the whole campaign and LCs should share them on their local fanpages (do not post it again). It is important as this will give us bigger reach for the whole Poland. These pictures were made to encourage our current members to share their experience. Each picture consists of two elements: fact about AIESEC and question to AIESECers about that fact. They are either about AIESEC in general or about working in a specific segment.
  • 8. You should use this cover photo during the Future Leaders campaign. It is not editable. This picture is for your local members to use during the Future Leaders campaign. The more of them will use it, the bigger your reach will be!
  • 9. As we did not resign from the storytelling form of communication, it will still be used, but in a different form. It is recommended now to communicate more about the actual things we learn in AIESEC, rather than about the general experience. Think about our segments and how your experience actually shows your development in those areas – and then write your story  The storytelling about famous people is about showcasing the story of a famous people’s success in order to motivate our target group to join AIESEC. The slider should be used on the website during the time of the Future Leaders campaign, together with the news and new event on the website about the recruitment.
  • 10. Remember that, since this is a pilot Future Leaders campaign, during the May recruitment we are focusing mostly on online promotion, rather than the ongoing one. You will receive all the priniting materials to spread out and distribute, as well with all online ones to put on your Facebook fanpage and website. Remember also that those materials, delivered from a national level, are meant to be used also during the big October Future Leaders campaign.
