Description : R47 Impellers, Hubs, Shafts, Dampers, Rotors.
Job Responsibilities:
• To do MPI Inspections as per ASME sec-v.
• Witness of NDT activities like MPI.
• To Develop Films (SLOW & FAST FILMS) as per standards.
• RT gamma ray with ir-192 isotopes.
2. Client : M/s. HPCL, All over the India where ever the
HPCL depots are located.
Description : HPCL Tank Inspection as per API 653 Standards.
(Fixed roof & Floating Roof.)
Job Responsibilities:
• Marking and Layout preparation of Bottom plate, Roof plate, shell plate and appurtenances.
• To inspect, measure and record material thickness for any deterioration.
• Witness of NDT activities like MPI or Vacuum box testing for bottom lap weld and UT weld scanning
for Shell to bottom plate weld.
• Evaluate current physical conditions of the tanks for its soundness for continued service.
• Perform DPT on the welding of tank and valves.
• Visual Inspection of complete tank and welding all over the tank.
• To give recommendations and suggestions for any repairs or modifications required as per API 653
and API 650.
3. Client : M/s. Voith Turbo Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad.
Description : Testing the lifting Accessories like Eyebolts,
D- Shackles, Bow Shackles, J Bolts.
Job Responsibilities:
• To do NDT activities like MPI, DPT, UT as per the ASME sec- v.
• To inspect, measure and record the life of the component.
• To do RT with SWSI, DWSI according to the requirement of the client.

Description : 100% inspection of CE & PE barrels
(Locomotive motors).
With MT, UT & PT for the soundness of the

after repair.

• Visual Inspection of motor casings (CE & PE barrels).
• Coordinating with NDT team for performing MT, UT and PT.
• Witness and Review of all NDT reports and material test certificates.
• Final dimensional Inspection as per the approved drawings.
