4. • PUNCTUALITY- Punctual is the key performance indicator in
this sector of Aviation and Hospitality.
• CONFIDENT- Confident is the success key to achieve what you
want to working in this sector.
• WELL GROMMED- A person has to make sure that he/she is
well groomed and look presentable at any given point of time
may be at the start or at the end of the shift, because they are
the ones who represent the brand or organization name.
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL -In aviation & hospitality
industry a person should has a good communication as
he/she has to constantly interact with guest.
• PATIENCE-A person who working in Aviation & Hospitality
industry have to be patient all the time. you must know how

7. HAIR & TYPES OF HAIR
• Hair is a filamentous biomaterial, that grows
from follicles found in the dermis.
• Types of Hair-There are 4 types of hair.
1-Stright
2-Wavy
3-Oily
4-Dameged.

8. MY HAIR TYPE & ITS CARE
I have dry hair.
MY HAIR CARE-
• I use coconut hair oil 15min before having
shower(Alternative day).
• I use head & solder shampoo after dilute it into
water ,then take shower(Alternative day).
• I use conditioner twice in a week as it shine &
protect my hair .
• I use Set wet Ultimate hold gel to style my hair.

9. SKIN & TYPES OF SKIN
• Skin is one of the visible outer part of human
body, which plays a vital role. By using the right
products for the skin, can keep it fresh clean.
• Types of Skin- There are 5 types of skin.
1- Normal skin
2-Dry skin
3-Oily skin
4-Combination skin
5-Sensitive

10. MY SKIN TYPE & ITS CARE
• I have combine skin. It discover easily because my skin
is shiny a little.
• My skin care-
1-I drink minimum 10 glass of water in a day.
2-I wash my face with fresh water.
3-Daily I follow the routine of cleansing, toning and
moisturizing.
4-I use Lakme products.
5-I use face wash twice a day, once at morning and then
before going to bed.
6-I do facial twice in a month.

11. MY BMI
• BMI means Body, Mass, Index.
My weight & height is 72kg & 172cm respectively.
My BMI is 24.
MY ideal expected weight is 65kg. So I will still
have to reduce 7kg to look perfect, by following
proper exercise and healthy diet. i.e.
1-I have stopped eating oily food and junk food.
2- I have also stopped drinks cold drinks.
3- I am starting exercise as I have to lose weight.
4- I am now on eating more steamed food

12. MY EXERCISE REGIME
• Exercise makes the body fit & gives perfect shape
to the body. physical exercise helps for loss
weight or maintenance of the body.
• 1-I do 'kapal bhati' everyday before having pre
Breakfast for 10 min.
• 2-I walk 3km constantly once in a week.
• 3-I must swimming once in a week.
• 4- After Breakfast I do exercise in our gym club.
• 5- I do cycling once a week.

14. BASIC HYGIENE
• Proper hygiene is very important, if u want to
maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• 1-I brush my teeth and have bath twice a day.
• 2-I use a good body Spray and Doe roll on daily.
• 3-I comb my hair daily.
• 4-I wash my handkerchief daily wear clean cloth.
• 5-I keep my nails short along their shape and
keep it clean.
• 6-I do paddy cure & maney cure once in a week.

15. WHY DO I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO PRESENT YOURSELF AS A
PROFESSIONAL IN AN INTERVIEW
It is very important to present yourself as a
professional in an interview because, “The first
impression is the last impression" and always
opportunities never come for me.
Well groomed personality speak about your
character and qualities. People ware there sit for
requirement not for waste time.
I would never want to miss the opportunities. I
am dressed up professional. So that requester think
