4. I have demonstrated range of personal grooming skills,
investigated the of diet for improving personal presentation,
demonstrated exercise to improve fitness, examined the
characteristics of the art of presentation, also I have
investigated effective interviewing.
5. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Manisha Gupta,

Airhostess Training. He providing me with enough information and
guidance to complete this assessment bears everything regarding one’s

7. Techniques to improve and maintain condition of
skin :-
My Skin type is Combination Skin.
I have a combination skin for example certain
areas of my face are dry and others parts are
oily.
On most of my face oily part will be
concentrated in the t-zone, the area across my
forehead and down of my nose and chin. These
areas are prone to having acne problems a lot.
•Combination skin is thin nor fine texture skin.
•It reacts quickly to both heat and cold.
•It is commonly dry, delicate.

a professional in an interview ?
It is very important to present your self as a professional in an interview
because –
•The first impression is the “lasting impression”
•The world takes you seriously when you are well groomed.
•A well groomed personality speaks volumes about your character.
•Being professional means being – objective, alert, sociable, polite,
confident, showing positive thinking, curiosity, compatible and easy
to get along, able to multi task, being flexible, speak out, know
when to stop talking, ask questions, be research oriented, maintain
composure, be straight – forward, look at your interviewer directly
eye to eye, naturally if have what it takes…… no need to
prepare……. Just be yourself and show what you are.
16. I am very thankful to the Frankfinn institute for giving me the opportunity to
learn how to be groomwell and to develop personality, communication skill and
well mannered and to respect time. I have learned how to maintain and improve
skin, hairandtobewellgroomed.
