The group chose to save the doctor, university professor, scientist, and priest in their bunker during an epidemic. They selected the doctor for his medical skills, the professor to later help the scientist revive the earth alongside the doctor, the scientist to manage the greenhouse and later heal the earth, and the priest to provide hope and help the other survivors without complaint. They did not select the disabled person, pregnant mother and child, drug addict, hippy, lazy dependent, lawyer, elderly woman, or unstable army officer.

The assignment was to choose 4 people out of 12 to survive in a bunker during an epidemic.
Our group chose to keep the doctor, university professor, scientist, and the priest.
We chose the doctor because of his medical knowledge that he could use in the medical facility in order
to care for the other survivors.
We chose the university professor and made him a biology professor so that after the two years in the
bunker, he would be able to assist the scientist in revitalizing the earth along with being able to assist the
doctor.
We chose the scientist so that he would be able to take control of the greenhouse in the bunker, and then
after they were released from the bunker, he would know how to work with the earth and heal it.
Lastly, we chose the priest. We decided that he would be a good worker and willing to help all the other
survivors without complaint. Also he would be a good source of hope for the others and would be a good
person to balance out the group.
We disposed of the disabled person, the pregnant mother and her child, the drug addict and the hippy,
the lazy welfare dependent, the lawyer, the elderly woman, and the mentally unstable army officer.
